Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the Save Time And Relax services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Save Time And Relax Ltd. By booking a housekeeper through our agency, or applying to work as a housekeeper, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Non-Poaching & Private Hire Agreement

CRITICAL: As a client of Save Time And Relax Ltd, you are strictly prohibited from offering direct employment or private work to any housekeeper introduced to you by our agency.

This non-poaching agreement remains in full effect for a period of 24 months following the termination of your agency services. Any breach of this clause will result in a substantial introduction fee and potential legal action to recover lost agency revenue.

3. Payments and Agency Fees

The client agrees to pay the housekeeper their hourly rate directly on the day of the clean. The agency management fee (paid via quarterly standing order) covers the management of the service, temporary cover arrangement, and insurance costs whilst the housekeeper is in your home.

4. Insurance and Liability

All our housekeepers are covered for public liability and personal injury while in your home. The policy covers activities inside your home. Certain bleach-based products and deep/specialised cleaning of delicate items are not covered.

5. Cancellations

An initial 13-week minimum term applies. After this period, clients may cancel the service at any time by providing 4 weeks' notice in writing to the agency.
